Inytium’s tech­ni­cal staff has expe­rience with a wide variety of light and audio equip­ment.  Even for makes and models out­side the range of pro­ducts we dis­tri­bute. Our tech­ni­cians have long­stan­ding expe­rience with tou­ring equip­ment and sta­tio­nary show tech­no­lo­gies. As a result they have deve­lo­ped an effi­cient, metho­di­cal approach to asses­sing damage, fol­lo­wing up on regu­lar main­te­nance and diag­no­sing equip­ment fai­lure pro­blems. Inytium’s repu­ta­tion for fast tur­na­round is the result of a constant open­ness to inno­va­tion in way we approach after sales ser­vices. As many of our tech­ni­cians have also wor­ked on stages sets and in tours, we know how impor­tant it is to have your equip­ment back in the show as soon as possible.

AN UP TO DATE PROCESS

Thanks to a Return Mate­rial Autho­ri­za­tion (RMA) sys­tem, we can track real time deve­lop­ments in the repair or main­te­nance of equip­ment. Cus­to­mers can use their RMA tra­cking num­ber to remain upda­ted on their equipment’s repair.
